There are seven French communities playing by e-mail or directly on a website :

DiploNet: http://diplonet.free.fr, only 15 active players but maybe the best players by mail ; human judge, median link with the face-to-face, no library on the game ; very serious community, PBEM.

Diplomatie-Online: http://www.diplomatie-online.net, maybe 1 000 active players but community not serious for NMR ; electronic judge, PBEM or press on the website, little library, important link with the face-to-face.

18centres: http://www.18centres.com, 677 active players, more serious progressively ; electronic judge, press on the website, very important library, very strong link with the face-to-face.

FFL: http://www.club-ffl.net, only 10 active players, website multigames, players with electronic judge on 18centres or Diplomatie-Online. not link with face-to-face.

Frog: http://frog.born2play.org or http://frog2.born2play.org, the oldest webcommunity in France, maybe 200 active players, very serious, very weak link with face-to-face, PBEM with electronic judge (NJudge), great library.

Objectif: http://assobjectif.org, old fanzine, 70 active players, serious, weak link with face-to-face, PBEM, little library, human judge.

Vopaliec, no website, it is the last fanzine, created in 1979, very serious, maybe 30 active players, PBEM and postal mail, human judge, 235 numeros since 1979.
